Throughout the restaurant, you will find naturally aged redwood reclaimed from aging structures in the San Francisco bay area which creates a warm and natural feel while giving tribute to the arrival of the art of sushi in America.   

The three towering wood patterns were meticulously designed and cut by a local artist.  If you look closely, you will notice varying Koi fish swimming against a sea of waves.  The Koi fish represents perseverance and strength of purpose; a symbol for our dedication to serve you the freshest tasty masterpieces.
